The parish council does not have an formal sub committees.

The only external local public organisation that the Parish Council has a representive on is the Winterbourne Valley First School  (in Winterbourne Abbas) 

In 2025, Councillor David Taylor was co-opted as a governor of the school to represent the parish council.
