As detailed below, the projected cashflow chart (B) for the year 2026 -2027 was discussed at the November 2025 meeting. After Dorset Council's tax base data was received in January 2026, the final cashflow chart (as shown below) was produced and after discussion was approved unanimously by the councillors. This was minuted in the January 2026 meeting's item (6e) .
