When advised of possible breaches of planning, the parish council will submit a planning enforcement form to the planning enforcement officer in the Dorset Council's planning department asking that the matter is investiagted.
There are strict requirements for planning applications now and especially for Listed Buildings and conservation areas (we have both in our parishes). We are not being nosey busybodies but just ensuring that everyone abides by the same rules in order that we protect our surroundings against undue noise, anti-social establishments, ugly construction and dangerous access to roads amd highways.
